Run or walk 3km a day to support life-saving medical research!
This November, we are challenging you to join us and run or walk 3km a day and fundraise to help support medical research, finding more effective treatments against Australia’s toughest diseases.
When you Run for Research, not only are you enhancing your own physical and mental health, but you’re also raising vital funds for medical research towards diseases that affect millions of Aussies.
Here’s how it works:
- Pick a time of day that suits you. We recommend dusk or dawn as UV levels are at their lowest making it safer to exercise outside.
- Pick a place, tie up your laces and get moving!
- Ask for donations to defeat the diseases that most affect your loved ones.
- Do it all again the next day.
