You are invited to celebrate the fifteenth anniversary of the MACA Cancer 200. Sign up today and ride to beat cancer.
No other ride is more community-focused, heartfelt or inspirational than the MACA Cancer 200. The 2025 event – thanks to Riders, donors, volunteers, and supporters – raised $8.25 million!
2026 celebrates a big milestone with the MACA Cander 200 – Ride for the Perkins, celebrating its 15th anniversarry in a brand new, iconic city location, The Kingsman at Langley Park.
The Ride is a personal challenge to those who choose it: riding 200km in two days (17-18 October) to fight cancer and support medical research at the Perkins.
Unlike other rides, the MACA Cancer 200 is not a race. It’s an emotional, challenging, personal event where new people start as strangers and end as a family. All abilities and fitness levels are welcome.
Look out for the yellow-flagged bike riders. They are riding as cancer survivors or patients. We ride for them and with them.
Remember, we ride to do something bigger than we could achieve alone, to strengthen our minds and bodies and to provide hope to people living with cancer.
