Mr Spencer joined the Board in August 2022. He is an experienced management consultant, employed as a Principal with global consulting firm Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He focuses on the resources and energy sectors, working on strategy, organisational effectiveness, climate and transformation topics. Mr Spencer started his career with McKinsey & Company. Mr Spencer holds a Masters of Public Policy with Distinction from the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford, a Bachelor of Arts with 1st Class Honours from The University of Western Australia (UWA), and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
