Dr. Mridul Johari is a molecular geneticist focused on rare neuromuscular diseases. With a PhD from the University of Helsinki, he has discovered eight disease genes and forged new gene-disease relationships. He serves on the board of International Myositis Society, chairs the ESHG Young Committee, and has received multiple awards for his ground-breaking work.
