Donna is responsible for a wide range of operational and management functions including driving a team that runs two state-of-the-art Perkins research buildings, and overseeing Human Resources, ICT/security and the Bioresources Facility. In addition, she manages contractual arrangements and has a significant role in risk management as well as setting and delivering organisational strategy together with the Executive team.

With significant executive experience across health, education and the community sector, Donna has strong commercial acumen and operations expertise in healthcare and nursing. Over the last 15 years she has directed corporate services, community engagement and employee services for large healthcare, education and community-led organisations.

She believes that by empowering teams with discernible leadership, robust systems and the right scope, tools, and encouragement, anything’s possible. She is a keen learner with a drive to find new ways to make things happen.

Donna is also committed to serving the WA community and has served as a Board Member of various not for profit organisations. She is currently the Vice Chairperson of Linkwest and a Manager with the ladies first team at Modernisms Hockey Club.
