With over 40 years’ experience in senior executive roles across the health and human services sector, Jennifer brings a unique understanding of the full spectrum of the health and primary care sectors combined with hands-on experience as a Chief Executive Officer. As the former Chief Executive of Brightwater Care Group Ltd, Jennifer has managed several complex businesses and her knowledge of the Governance requirements on Board directors is comprehensive.

Establishing The Brightwater Research Centre in 2009 has been one of the highlights of her career and Jennifer understands the importance of evidence-based practice. She has significant experience in ensuring that clinical and care practice is founded in evidence. This ability to drive change and innovate has been a fundamental skill throughout her career and in combination with strong leadership and relationship building skills has delivered new services, building developments and technology. Jennifer is a Board Director of Curtin Heritage Living and a Member of the Advisory Council of the WA Future Health Research and Innovation Fund.
